PLAY Expo Blackpool returned to the Norbreck Castle Exhibition Centre on 3–4 October 2026. Philip and Andrew Oliver were announced for the Sunday programme, with their appearance scheduled for 12 noon on 4 October.
The official guest announcement looked back at the Twins’ games for 8-bit and 16-bit computers and consoles. It also highlighted Dizzy’s approaching 40th anniversary and the launch of their new Kickstarter campaign.
That new project, Journey to the Emerald City, is the first Active Brain Game: a physical adventure that brings exploration and puzzles to the tabletop. It gives fans another way to follow the Twins’ work alongside their classic games.
The original guest announcement remains available on the PLAY Expo website, and the Kickstarter page has the latest information about Journey to the Emerald City.
